La Federación Venezolana de Caballos de Paso (FEDEPASO) ha realizado la “Propuesta del Sistema de Juzgamiento por Consenso (F3 Razonado)”, el cual en líneas generales puede definirse como un sistema de juzgamiento basado en el consenso, capaz de permitir la participación activa de los Jueces dentro del desarrollo de las competencias.
Venezuelan Association (FEDEPASO) has made a Proposal of the Judging System by Consensus (F3 Raisonné), "which can be broadly defined as a system of judging based on consensus, capable of allowing active participation of Judges in the development of skills.
Su aplicación proporcionará las herramientas necesarias para minimizar los errores por omisión y/o desviación aplicando criterios de mayoría que prevalecerán sobre las apreciaciones individuales, pero a su vez conservando los criterios individuales y la independencia de cada Juez.
