HORSE SALE EXHIBITION
During the July 2008 Show Exhibitor's Party on Friday July 11 @ 8 p.m. we will be having a Horse Sale Exhibition. There will be a limited number of horses that will be allowed to participate. Entries will be accepted on a first come/ first served basis.
Those Interested in exhibiting their horse in our Sale Exhibition must complete the Horse Sale Entry Form. This form must be submitted along with copy of Registration and Coggins by July 5th, 2008.
Rules and Regulations for Sale Exhibition-July 11, 2008
All Owners/Trainers wanting to Enter the Horse Sale Exhibition must complete the Horse Sale Entry Form
Owners will be given an Entry # so that the announcer can make referenced to it announcing the horse.
Horses will enter the Arena (PFHA style), go once around and then do two boards while the Announcer reads the brief description provided by the Owner.
At the end of the Description, the Announcer will give the owner's Contact Information. Information Announcer will also give the Barn ____Stall #______ for each horse in the exhibition so that those interested can pay a visit.
Price for Horse Sale Exhibition is $145 (includes Stall Fee)
Horses in Sale Exhibition that have paid for showing in a regular Class will receive a $70.00 Credit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 5th, 2008.
Entries will be called in the Arena in Numerical Order.
