Hi,  I was wondering if anyone could update me.  Have there been any Shows in the US since Mundial that have had classes for the diagonal paso horses?  Southern Regional used to include some non-pointed calsses but stopped.  I thought I heard that the Miami area might be having some.  I would love to see the results posted and also some pictures!  Thanks a bunch!

HEY Becky,

Yes! The Miami shows continue to have open classses for the Diagonals!  let me see if I can get you the pictures from John Jairo!

I have not noticed diagonals in the Ocala show lately, in fact.. on the show of August of last year, instead of our Paso Diagonals, they had a demostration of an Andalusian!..

Lets contact Lori Perez, the acting President of the ATTA,  and see what  future  demostrations are there planned!

Saludos!

Ps. On the next Miami Show!  if you noticed on the schedule POSTED on the EVENT forum!  Classes are scheduled.

Hi Felix,

Thanks for the info. about the upcoming FL PFHA Show in March.   I checked out the Schedule.  It would be great if someone could be the "eyes and ears" for those of us that can't make it.

Any idea what the results were for the previous Show?  It'd be great if ATTA Pres. could post some stuff.  Good idea.  I always love to see photos of Don Pepe and the others.

I just reviewed the Grand Prix Schedule and it doesn't look like there will be any Diagonals at that show.  Too bad.

Look forward to any updates.

Thanks again!

The next show will be Spectrum in Tampa. There are two classes on Friday. You can all the information about the show on the Florida PFHA website.

The Grand Prix had classes after battling to get them. The results are posted on the Miami Paso Fino Grand Prix website.

Don Pepe won the stallions, Centinaro came in reserve and I believe (off the top of my head) La Sonardora owned by Los Jotas was third in the Trote class. There was a very nice gelding that was placed first for the gelding. The Trocha horse is named HK

Sorry for the lack of details. I just came across this post and want to update everyone about the next show. The Florida region will continue to have diagonal classes. I am going to talk to the Southern Region. Carlos Tobon is offering a class at his next show here in Ocala (fun show circuit)

We just did an all breed demo at the Florida Horse Park which was a three day event. Here are some pictures. (Oops, sorry I just realized you can't post pictures from your hard drive that it wants a url address?) I will include more information in our next e-newsletter. If you aren't already signed up, go to our website.
