Don"t forget in order to get a printed copy of the prize list this year you must return the prize list order form that was mailed to each member in March. This form MUST be returned to the PFHA office by Friday of this week. Otherwise you will be able to print it directly off the PFHA website in May.

Good Practice
The show season is in full swing. Take this time to check your membership cards and horse's registration papers (if a gelding, insure the papers say gelding). A few minutes before you go to a show will save you a lot of time, money and disappointment. For a complete list of requirements that are needed please refer to the PFHA rule book pg. 40A Ch 2 Sec. D.
Trail Riders please be sure to check your memberships too. If you are earning points, hours or even Ticket to Ride credit you must be a current member in good standings,
the horse must be registered with the PFHA, and the recorded owner(s) also must be current member(s).
THREE YEARS IN A ROW FOR
"Prometheus de La Tierra"
Prometheus de La Tierra, owned by Marelyn Valdes of Ocala, Florida won the covented 2007 Farnam/Platform USEF Horse of the Year award for the third year in a row.
Marelyn's 16 year old daughter, Alexandra Klepak, took this years honor by competing in numerous PFHA/USEF shows in the open and amateur owner pleasure and performance classes within the southeastern United States.
The reserve champion this year was "Tocayo de Tornado" owned by Linda C. Wells, Milton, Florida.
